Fletcher most recently made his UFC debut in the TUF finals against friend Norman Parke, losing an exciting decision. He next signed to face American TUF finalist Mike Ricci. Ricci defeated Fletcher via a less-than-exciting unanimous decision and Fletcher was cut from the UFC.
